Cyan is two counties on the Tennessee and North Carolina line: Fannin and Union. Firearms doe days are a single week, Nov 6 to Nov 12, plus New Year’s Day. Everything else from Oct 17, 2026 to Jan 10, 2027 is bucks only with a gun: 78 days. Chattahoochee National Forest tracts in both counties follow the national forest rules rather than the Cyan calendar. 3,495 deer were checked in these counties in 2025-26, up or down from 2,989 a year earlier.
